Adding text to an image is easier than you think. Most photo-editors provide some sort of 'Text Tool.' The tool allows you to pick a spot on the photo to add the text, and offers additional options to control font size, style, color and attrubutes.

The photo to the right was taken on a rafting trip to Utah. We think it will make an excellent title shot for a slide show.
